How to Make a Hash Hole

If you’ve never tried a hash hole, you’re in for a treat. A hash hole is a best-of-both-world cross between a joint and a dab that takes the cannabis smoking experience to a whole new level. To get started, you’ll need the same things you use to make a joint plus a small amount of rosin or bubble hash. Let’s dive in!

 

What Is a Hash Hole?

Hash holes, also known as hash hole joints, rosin rolls, snake holes, donut holes, and wormholes, are pre-rolls with a sliver of cannabis concentrate running through the middle (typically rosin or six-star bubble hash). When the infused pre-roll burns, this creates the effect of a hole in the middle of the flower—hence the name “hash hole.”

 

California-based Fidel Hydro is credited with rolling the first hash hole in Spain to show off the premium-quality hash rosin and flower that he took with him to Barcelona from California in 2018 for the Spannabis trade show. From there, Fidel’s products have hit the shelves in over 100 California dispensaries.
